date for account holders. Cheque with order and Pro-forma facilities
are available for new client orders. All prices are subject to VAT applicable
at the time of invoicing. Ownership of all goods supplied remains
with Slidepacks until full payment is received but the risk therein passes to
customer at the point where delivery begins. Claims for damage, delay or loss or
partial loss in transit should be made within three (3) days of delivery and
confirmed in writing within seven (7) days of delivery. Slidepacks maintains
a policy of continuing development and the right is reserved to amend any
specification issued by Slidepacks. As Slidepacks cannot be aware of the
original quality of the material/s or contents placed within or the ambient
storage conditions in use with Slidepacks products, liability cannot be
accepted for the said materials or contents or any consequential loss from
